I leveraged my leadership skills, a commitment to high level sales performance, and customer service to move up the corporate ladder and help my teams and the companies I worked for hit their yearly sales goals.
However, when I finally reached the pinnacle of my professional career and achieved the title that I had worked so hard for, I came to a fork in the road. I realized that the personal equity that I had spent years building up with my customers and partners hinged on a corporate methodology that I had little influence on. Even though I loved the companies that I worked for and the jobs I had, I felt like something needed to change.
I turned to TES. I had always had an entrepreneurial mindset but never explored the possibilities because I didn’t know where to start. My first thought was to get a side hustle to help pay for my kids’ college or take all those great vacations that we had put off, but my journey quickly turned into an uncompromising mindset that I could not escape. I wanted/needed to make the change to ownership…and I did.
Second only to my Family, coaching and helping people had always been the root of my happiness.
